All Things Fall - What's Inside the October Favorite Things Box!

I’m so glad we live in a world where there are Octobers!!!

Crisp air, cozy hoodies, pumpkin patches, baking apple pies, bonfires...these are just a few of my favorite things about FALL!

I love decorating my home for every season and getting out the pumpkins each year gets me so excited! With the Favorite Things Boxes I want you to be able to bring the This New Old House blog experience into your own home and spark your creativity!

This month's box is full of items from local makers to help you get your home in the spirit of the Fall season that I am using to decorate my own home this Fall...YAY! I can’t wait to see how you use them in your own home!

Here’s what’s inside:

1 – I love a good seasonal banner as the focal point for my seasonal decor and this Hello Fall Banner from a maker in Canada {I know...WOW} that I specially sought out was perfect made from old vintage book pages! Put it on your mantle, over shelves, or above a window! Can’t wait to see where you put yours!

#2 - Fall is in the air this month with the perfect Fallen Leaves soy candle scent specially created for the Favorite Things Boxes for your home. Hand poured by my favorite maker, my daughter Mallary from 16 Candles!

#3 -You can never have too many pumpkins in your home for Fall...ever! I fell in love with this cutie gray striped ticking Fabric Pumpkin by a maker in TN to add to my collection and you can add it to yours now too!

#4 - I adore metal cookie cutters and this Mini Fall Cookie Cutter will be a staple in your Fall kitchen! Use it to cut cheese for a Fall charcuterie or pie crust decorations for this month’s DIY apple pie!!!

# 5 – Baking Apple Pies is one of our favorite Fall traditions at This New Old House! I am challenging you this month as a DIY to make one complete with my no fail favorite homemade pie crust. There is my favorite apple pie recipe and no-fail pie crust in this month’s Fall box. You can do it and I can’t wait to see how it turns out!!! YUM!
